FAULT: DISCONNECTION OF THE BACK ARM
As you can see the right elbow has disconnected from the side of the body, this is also know at a “flying elbow.” In my opinion this is a difficult position to play from and the golf swing is more repeatable from a more connected position.
FIX: BAND AROUND THE REAR ARM AND BODY
Take the band and wrap it around your waist/chest area and also around the outside of your right arm. Then take a few swings, you should notice that your arms are staying closer to your body and the club will also not feel as high, but rather more around your body. This is the sensation you are looking for and you should be able to hit golf shots with the band around your body.
